In addition, Ermenegildo Zegna's new active sportswear line, Zegna Sport, incited Cole to choreograph a martial arts - fashion performance piece to open the entire event with an inclusive centering Tai Chi class for everyone.

"It is very gutsy," says Cole, who has entertained audiences in 31 countries worldwide, "and I applaud VOGUE and Zegna Sport for having vision. Their environmental consciousness, clothing and philosophy are right in line with the organic principles of Tai Chi." In fact, the Zegna Group's efforts to recover and preserve the environment have been ongoing for 70 years. Projects have included reforestation of the slopes of the Biellenese Alps and creation of Oasi Zegna, a program that aims to inspire all generations to rediscover Nature and benefit from it in a more knowledgeable and respectful way.
