Hello, I’m Scott Cole. I’ve had the joy of moving and grooving through more than 30 countries—as a National Aerobic Champion, star of the iconic Abs of Steel videos, and creator of the million-selling Discover Tai Chi series. Today, I share my passion for health and healing as a motivational speaker and wellness practitioner.

Whether live or online, I love connecting with people of all ages, shapes, sizes, and backgrounds—bringing transformative practices like Qigong, Tai Chi, Yoga, Movement Therapy, Breathwork, Guided Imagery, and Chair Exercise into the mainstream.
