Digital Art Inspired by Scott Cole's Discover Tai Chi: AM/PM Workouts

First I wanted to thank you for your wonderful video Discover Tai Chi: AM/PM Workouts. For the past 3 years this has been my A. M. routine. Love the ease of movements and have noticed the benefits. It is a very energizing way to start the day.

When visiting your website I noticed your photography of florals etc. Awesome pics. Thought it would be fun for you to see digital art I created.

Inspiration was taken from your video .... 5 elements. I hope you check them out.

What a big difference Scott's DVD’s have made in my life ...

I was in a serious snowmobile accident many years ago and it’s been difficult for me to find a great activity that I can easily do. Yoga just didn’t work for me, but Scott’s Tai Chi DVD’s do work. Every day I do either the AM or the PM workout. I credit him with my success in getting off blood pressure meds and feeling better than I have in years. This is such a stress-reducing form of movement that it’s truly amazing to me that we don’t have groups doing “pick-up Tai Chi” in our parks the way they do in Hawaii or places in Asia. I guess the value of this isn’t widely understood yet. I’d also like to thank him for his thoughtful presentation.

Appreciatively, Nancy D.

Benefitting from Scott Cole's Discover Tai Chi: Breath and Chi Kung DVD

I wanted to write you and tell you how much I have benefited from your Breath and Chi Kung DVD.

My life recently has been very stressful. I am 38 years old, married and have 1 daughter who is 10 and 3 teenage stepchildren who live with us half the time. My middle management job has been very busy and at times overwhelming. As the economy declines and prices go up, my budget worries have escalated.

I use exercise DVDs exclusively (don't have the time or money for a gym) and myself care in this area had become nonexistent because I had been coming home too exhausted and stressed to even consider putting on exercise gear and working out for an hour when I had laundry, dinner, dishes, kids and the work I had brought home to deal with.

About a month ago my dear husband told me I needed to do something to get back into my routine because my irritability and random bouts of crying was becoming a common occurrence. I was looking for something along the lines of easy fun cardio when I noticed your Breath and Chi Kung. I knew nothing about Chi Kung, but I figure if people have been doing it for thousands of years, it must have something going for it.

So every day after work now, I do at least one part of the video. It has made a HUGE difference for me, my mood and my energy level. Because I am better, my family is better.

Thank you so much for what you do. You should be so proud.

Sincerely, Tracy B.

You were initially, the reason I wanted to come to the conference. The first time I saw your DVD I was captivated by your energy. Its probably why you are so incredible at doing, what you do. Over the years I had either been randomly re-introduced to you or caught an appearance of yours on some TV show (regarding television, I don't watch it 99% of the time). For me to accidentally catch more than one your appearances, told me there was a reason to pay attention.

So when I heard you were going to be at this convention, I was excited to have the opportunity to experience your techniques in person. I wasn't up on my Tai Chi or Qi Kung but I was more interested in being present for your teachings than walking out with a piece of paper. I've met few people who are capable of harnessing such inner strength. It's rare and moving, to see in human form. I only experienced such beautiful energy from one other person. The man who introduced me to Qi Kung when I broke my neck.

Just being near you is calming. Like your body is humming a lullaby ... silently. I actually felt transported to this little babbling brook I used to sit beside when I was a kid. It's hard to explain or rather, needs no explanation. I just want to extend my gratitude, because you have help me revisit my passions and deepen my desire for inner solice. I get so caught up in being the best, the fastest, the strongest...and have destroyed my body in the process. You have given me a new way to address my fears, both physical and spiritual. I don't have to place in the half marathon or get an A on my term papers. I really could ramble on for eternity...but the point was to relay my deep thanks and appreciation for you and what you have shown me. Until our paths cross again, I remain your humble student.

With all sincerity, Michelle L.

I love your Discover Tai Chi DVD's. I have Discover Tai Chi Workout Essentials for Beginners, Weight Loss, and AM/PM Workouts.

They're great! I love doing them as often as possible, but ,i have a question about the style. There are so many different styles of tai chi, I was wondering what style of tai chi it is that you teach? I've studied a few different styles myself including yang and sun.

Thank You, Mark S

I wanted to extend a quick thank you. I have purchased all of your available DVDs over the years and have used them (and/or the techniques learned from them) daily. Yours were the first videos I found when I began exploring Tai Chi, and are still the ones I pull out most frequently.

Thank you for being such a great teacher. That must seem a little strange coming from someone you've never met, but you have honestly been a motivating influence in my life and have given me (and many others, I suspect) a solid foundation for what will no doubt be a lifelong relationship with Tai Chi.

All my best. I appreciate you letting me take a moment of your time.

Scott Cole's Discover Tai Chi AM / PM Workouts DVD

I want to thank you for your Discover Tai Chi AM/PM Workouts DVD. I found my way to your product and it has changed my life. I find the workout and the meditiation a life saver. I tend to operate at a high rate and your product has taught me to turn down my engine and be at peace with myself. I have told several people about it and a few have bought your DVD. I recently bought the other Tai Chi DVD of yours. I tend to mix up my routines with your products mixed in with yoga throughout the week. I was wondering if I could get a autographed picture of you for my home gym wall. Thanks again!

Thank You, Sean O.

Scott Cole's Discover Tai Chi AM / PM Workouts DVD

I turned 65 last October and am now retired..My chiropractor said that now that I was retired, he wanted me to start exercising......'Who, me?" I asked..."Yes, you!"....he recommended Tai Chi and that's when I found your series on the internet.

I did my first AM workout this morning and really enjoyed it!! it's very easy to do (a plus for me, lazy as I am!! LOL). I look forward to continuing using the tapes and know I will benefit from them over time.

Again, thanks for a such a great product..and for being such a good teacher!!

Best Wishes, Ben G.

Scott Cole's Discover Tai Chi for Back Care DVD

Last week, my lower back was really achy -- This is very unusual for me, as I never really have problems there. I don't recall twisting it or pulling it in any way that would have resulted in the soreness ... I tried some pain relief with Advil, to no avail. I checked that my posture while sleeping was good etc etc ... and the next day, it was worse. Then your DVD arrived ... so I popped it into the player, and did the workout. I haven't done it for a few years, having loaned my copy out to a friend who then couldn't find it to return it.

While listening to your voice, I was instantly relaxed, and remembered all of the "moves" involved in the session I was watching. In particular, the imagery you encourage was instantly recalled, and by the end of the session, my back was relaxed and felt almost completely better. One more time with the session, and there was no more strain or pain! I have to chalk the achiness up to tension and stress; a familiar theme in my life these days unfortunately, but now it's gone, and I know just how to keep it at bay: by playing the DVD again and again!

Best of luck to you, with continued success!
Your Yenta - Regan

I first took your class at a fitness convention for fitness professionals. It was the first time I had ever been to a Yoga class. I had been teaching low-impact aerobics and exercise for seniors. When I experienced your class that day I felt so great after the stretching and meditation. I was amazed at how relaxed my body felt after you took us through all the poses.

I was fortunate to see you teach again at another workshop and brought my husband to experience the class. We both enjoyed it and continue to workout with you on DVD.

It was not only your great style of teaching that inspired me in my own exercise classes but your true gift of welcoming people to exercise no matter what their ability may be.

Thank you from Miriam M.
